The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Professional Services–Property Services. This Framework Agreement will comprise of three (3) Lots which are as follows: Lot 1-Commercial Sales, Lot 2-Residential Sales and Lot 3-Retail Sales. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of four (4) years and will commence on 8.1.2018. The London Borough of Hackney welcomes organisations that can provide high quality and cost effective services under one, two or all three lots. The total estimated value over 4 years is 5 750 000 GBP. The successful Provider(s) will: — Deliver a high performing and efficient service;— Ensure best price and best value practice is achieved for the Council;— Provide a safe, reliable and efficient service for the Council; — Show an innovative partnering approach to working with the Council.
