The DPS places a strong focus on outcomes for adults and children with the objective of ensuring that their needs and aspirations are met. The principles of personalisation will be embedded within contracts and the system should enable the Council to facilitate greater choice, flexibility and personalisation for adults and children using services, as well as drive improvements in quality in the market. Due to the nature of the services that the Council is seeking to procure, requirements may be subject to change or amendment, falling within any of the categories specified. Providers are invited to register their interest in one, more than one, or all of the categories.
