The London Legacy Development Corporation’s (LLDC) Planning Policy and Decisions Team, is the Local Planning Authority with responsibility for planning functions within its area, including the determination of planning applications and plan making. Through this procurement the LLDC are looking to appoint an organisation to Project Manage their Quality Review Panel.

The provision of project management services, with particular knowledge and expertise in:
— Setting up/maintenance of a design review service, advising on panel member and Chair appointments and assisting in management of panel;
— Managing a strategic design review service to deal with providing advice on high numbers of large-scale developments, arranging and reporting on panel review meetings (2-3 meetings per month are anticipated);
— Expertise in high-quality and inclusive architectural, urban, landscape and sustainable design in new city development.

The term of this contract is for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years at annual intervals. Renewals could be 3 or 4 or 5 years accordingly.
