This is a non mandatory notice for a service concession. The current Tramlink advertising media portfolio includes:
(i) On tram external branding “Complete Tram Wrap” for a proportion of the fleet of twenty-four (24) Bombardier CR4000 and a proportion of the six (6) Stadler trams, which enter revenue earning service in summer 2012. The proportions released for branding is likely to be five (5) Bombardier trams and five (5) Stadler will be confirmed on Award.
(ii) On tram external branding of parts of the tram exterior “Partial Tram Wrap” for a proportion of the fleet of twenty-four (24) Bombardier and six (6) Stadler trams which enter revenue earning service in summer 2012. The proportions released for branding is likely to be five (5) Bombardier trams and five (5) Stadler will be confirmed on Award.
(iii) “Interior Car Cards” for the Bombardier CR4000 fleet of twenty-four (24) vehicles. These are standard TfL sized panels (61cm x 28cm), currently forty-eight (48) per vehicle. Total of one thousand one hundred and fifty two (1152) cards.
(iv) “Interior Car Cards” for six (6) new Stadler trams. These are currently non-standard size, but we would be asking bidders to modify trams to take standards cards.
(v) Advertising panels at Tramlink Tram stops, predominantly standard industry “6 Sheet” formats, with three (3) additional “odd-size” panels at East Croydon.
(vi) Roadside Panels at key locations on the Tramlink infrastructure adjacent to key road routes. There are ten (10) x “48 and two (2) x 96 Sheet” formats.
(vii) In addition TCL have historically offered un-sold sites to charitable organisations at prime cost.
