Midland Heart have a legal responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of their workers and to ensure so far as is reasonably practicable the health, safety and welfare of lone workers is not compromised. Midland Heart need to establish a safe system of work for all lone workers and to provide clear instructions and guidance to all staff who lone work in connection with the work of the organisation.
Midland Heart requires a lone worker protection solution that can ensure immediate support when a member of staff raises the alarm.
