Papist Way in Oxfordshire is a 9 bedded satellite ward in a residential setting that provides services to clients who demonstrate need associated with severe and enduring mental health problems, but able to live in a community setting within a 24 hour nursed environment.
The Trust wishes to procure a long term community based supported living service for a specified cohort of service users. It is likely the Trust will seek to commission support and housing for a lower number of spaces than are available within the unit. It is also intended that the unit currently owned by the Trust will be sold or leased to the successful bidder as part of the contract.

The TRUST is conducting the Procurement for Part B services by reference to the restricted procedure under Directive 2004/18/EC and the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (‘the Regulations’), as amended in each case. The TRUST is bound by the Regulations only to the extent that they apply to Part B services.
