Provision of appropriate resource and skills and experience to provide the functions outlined in the wider Tender Document during core business hours of Monday to Friday 9:00am -5:30pm (excluding public holidays). Working with and managing third party suppliers and undertake any requested Additional Services and development/ad hoc services.

The Supplier’s renumeration for providing the substantive managed services in the Specification is based on the Supplier’s tendered percentage of the income generated by the Council’s Looking Local Service. The income from this service in the year 2011/2012 was £1 600 000 but this is indicitive only in respect of future income and may depend on the level of development work undertaken by the Supplier at the contractual day rate.
