Description of the goods or services requiredThe Edinburgh International Development Partnership, via Scottish Enterprise, intends to commission work to inform a low carbon approach to energy and wider utilities infrastructure provision. This is being taken forward to facilitate the more sustainable economic development of Edinburgh International. www.scotlandsglobalhub.com Consultancy support is required to help identify low carbon energy infrastructure solutions and make recommendations on next steps in the context of the wider work of the Edinburgh International Development Partnership outlined above. The work will include the following elements: Energy Demand Assessment Low Carbon Energy Infrastructure Options Appraisal Low Carbon Energy Infrastructure Feasibility Recommendations and Delivery Plan It is anticpated that the commission should be completed within 16 weeks.
