II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The procurement will be an Open procedure and tenderers will be required to provide response to all method statement, complete the compliance questionnaire and the pricing schedule. Tenderers are required to pass the compliance questionnaire for their submitted responses to the method statement and price to be evaluated on the bases of the published specification and scoring criteria.
Award will be based on the most economically advantageous tender for both quality and price.

This will be a 3 year (36 month) contract with option to extend twice for 12 months each extension (3 + 1 + 1).

Tenders will be received on the deadline via the councils procurement portal and the seal will be removed only by a designated procurement officer before quality submissions are passed to the technical evaluation team for independent evaluation and price will be evaluated by procurement.
