Magazine Design Print and Delivery Contract

Description

City of Lincoln Council is looking to appoint a supplier to provide the following service, Design, print and delivery of Home! and Your Lincoln magazines. The contract is split into specific lots and will be for a period up to 5 years with break clauses.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
