The fulfilment of the new memberships (circa 85 000 per year) and existing membership renewals (circa 350 000 per year), ticketing (circa 15 500) and trigger campaigns (circa 450 000) is a core requirement of the marketing communications strategy for English Heritage members. All campaigns are highly segmented with a large number of variables both in text and imagery. The accuracy, efficiency, security and print production quality of the communications are vital in delivering the revenue, satisfaction and brand. In addition, turnaround times must not exceed 2 working days for daily files and 5 working days for renewals and reminders. This will be broken in to two lots with the Contract Period will be 3 years commencing 1.4.2015 subject to an annual performance review. This can be extended on an annual basis to the maximum of 2 years.
