The proposed building(s) is expected to be up to 8 storeys tall providing 500 bed spaces in a mixture of clusters and studios.
The University is currently contemplating the use of a 2 stage design and build procurement process whereby the successful tenderer at Stage 1 (where the pricing schedule will be based on a minimum of preliminaries, overheads and profit margins) are invited to contribute to the design process and ultimately submit a final fully priced tender (Stage 2).
