Maintenance and repair services related to specific parts of vehicles. This advert is for expressions of interest only for the remanufacture of various Refuelling Equipment and Assemblies for the Oshkosh wheeled tanker fleet. This will be for a 4 year Enabling Contract (with no guarantee of arisings).
Articles are to be repaired to A1 Build Standard and subsequently packed and delivered to the Authority.
QA Standards or equivalent: The Contractor shall hold and maintain a certification to BS EN ISO 9001:2000/2008, issued by an accredited certification body.
Interested parties should submit their Expression of Interest for this requirement to:
Miss Nikki Pratt, GSG Procurement Manager, DSG Land Supply, Bldg B15, MOD Donnington, Telford, Shropshire, TF2 8JT and as a minimum should supply the following:
(i) Evidence of current ISO accreditation covering the scope of requirement.
(ii) Proven knowledge and capability to deliver the required scope of work.
(iii) Experience of similar work and previous experience with the MOD.
(iv) Demonstration of access to genuine OEM Parts (Max 2 A4 pages).
Please note that the Authority reserves the right to exclude any potential suppliers whose ISO accreditation does not cover the scope of the Authorities requirement and only those expressions of interest that fully meet the above criteria shall be considered for Invitation to Tender.
The Authority also reserves the right to conduct a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), if it is deemed necessary.
Please note that late expressions will not be considered.
