The MOD has a future requirement for the maintenance, calibration, post design services and engineer training for the Hypobaric Chamber training facility. These services are required for a 10 year period from 1st April 2013 to 31.3.2023.
The propsed Maintenance Contract will include, but not be limited to the following major elements;
Six, 12 & 24 Monthly maintenance of up to 4 Hypobaric Chambers & associated plant equipment, in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
Annual Calibration.
A range of ad hoc Post Design Services (PDS).
Repairs as required after maintenance and on a 24 hour response time, 5 days a week.
Provision of spares.
Upgrades & surveys as required.
On site training for CAM Engineers.
Compliance with current UK/European and ASME PVHO Regulations.
BS EN ISO 9001: 2008; (or an internationally recognised alternative) is a pre requisite and a copy if the accreditation is to be supplied with the request to participate.
A PQQ may be issued after receipt of expressions of interest.

Candidates will be required to sign a declaration confirming whether they do or do not have any of the listed criteria as part of the pre-qualification process. For candidates who are registered overseas, you will need to declare if you have any offences/misconduct under your own countries laws, where these laws are equivalent to the Regulation 23 lists.
Candidates who have been convicted of any of the offences under Article 45(1) are ineligible and will not be selected to bid, unless there are overriding requirements in the general interest for doing so.
Candidates who are guilty of any of the offences, circumstances or misconduct under Article 45(2) may be excluded from being selected to bid at the discretion of the Authority.
