Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment. Repair and maintenance services of measuring, testing and checking apparatus. Repair and maintenance services of medical equipment. Repair and maintenance services of medical and surgical equipment. Repair and maintenance services of precision equipment. South West London Support Services Partnership is seeking first class providers for inclusion on this framework agreement to supply repair and maintenances services, asset management & equipment library capability and associated clinical engineering services to support our organisations throughout the health sector. Initially we have up to 8 organisations with approx. 120 clinical locations in the South East and South West of London supporting this requirement. There is a wide range of equipment in the health setting ranging from patient monitoring, oximeters, ecg monitors through to larger more complex medical and precision equipment. The service when contracted will be available for use by all South West Lond Support Services Partnership London and London Procurement Programme clients during the course of the framework agreement (current list of clients will be provided with the tender documents). In addition, the framework agreement is for the use of all NHS bodies, including any statutory and other successor organisations to any NHS body, any other commissioners (whether stand alone or jointly with another organisation) providers and regulators of NHS funded (either in whole or in part) services including practice based commissioning consortia, general practice commissioning consortia within inner and outer London which includes but is not limited to the following Boroughs: Hillingdon Harrow Barnet Enfield Waltham Forest Redbridge Havering Bexley Bromley Croydon Sutton Kingston Upon Thames Richmond Upon Thames Hounslow All other boroughs that lie within this geographical boundary specifically and all NHS bodies, including any statutory and other successor organisations to any NHS body, any other commissioners (whether stand alone or jointly with another organisation) providers and regulators of NHS funded (either in whole or in part) services including practice based commissioning consortia, general practice commissioning consortia located in England.

Joint and several liability. Any consortiums applying to join this framework agreement will need to nominate a lead service provider with whom The Authority can treat as the lead organisation, or form themselves into a single legal entity before the framework agreement is awarded. The Authority will award to more than one supplier for all, or part only, of the services/products required.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Tenders and all supporting documentation must be priced in Stealing and all payments will be made in sterling unless stated otherwise in the tender documents. Completed documentation submitted without the information requested may not be considered.
