The Project is for the provision of maintenance services and remedial works for specialist security systems within the prison estate of the Department of Justice (Northern Ireland).
The contract shall be for an initial 2 years with the possibility for 2 one year extensions at the client’s discretion.
The successful tenderer shall be employed as the economic operator for the contract and shall enter NEC sub-contract arrangements with several specialist sub-contractors (as required) to provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services for all Northern Ireland prison service (NIPS) sites throughout Northern Ireland.
The contract shall also include 24hr call-out service for reactive maintenance and repairs to all systems.
