The contract will have an initial annual value of 2.6m GBP for service and maintenance and 3.5m GBP for new installations, giving a total of 6.1m GBP per annum. Over the life of the contract this is expected to an annual value of 7.5m GBP. This is equivalent to 68m GBP over the 10 year life of the contract. Description of particular conditions: The selected Service Provider will be required to offer a TUPE transfer to all qualifying staff currently engaged upon the contract.
