The SPS has an ongoing requirement to maintain, service, inspect and repair radio-based staff alarm systems at various Establishments and to ensure that the equipment is operational 24 hours a day 365 days a year. There are currently two different manufacturer’s systems installed across the SPS estate, Atus (formerly Bosch) at 5 sites and Stanley (formerly Blick) at 7 sites.
Tenderers should note that the Contract is split into 2 lots according to the different installed systems.
Lot 1 (HMP Perth, HMP Low Moss, HMP Grampian, HMP Greenock and HMP Barlinnie)
Lot 2 (HMP Edinburgh, HMP Shotts, HMP Cornton Vale, HMP Glenochil, HMP Polmont, HMP Inverness and Open Estate Castle Huntly).
