University of Surrey Service for Maintenance of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Units including Absorption Clusters
The University of Surrey intends to enter into a support agreement with a Supplier to provide support (including but not limited to ) its Water Chilling Units, heating and cooling split air conditioning unit, VRV installation, cold rooms and Absorption clusters.
The University currently supports a wide number of units over 4 locations close to Guildford. The chosen supplier will be expected to offer both a planned preventative maintenance as well as a reactive service to comply with legislation. A 24/7/365 reactive service will be required from the successful contractor.
It is expected that the chosen Supplier will take a pro-active role in the management and support of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration units within an agreed service level agreement.
Where elements of the service are subcontracted, the subcontractor will be subject to the same requirements for the service and the Supplier shall take full responsibility for any Subcontractor utilised.
