The Contractor will be required to provide maintenance, repair, scheduled servicing, preparation and presentation for testing of all vehicles by the Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA), unscheduled repairs and attendance to vehicle breakdowns as applicable to the Lot(s) awarded.
The Authority operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and the Contractor will be required to provide a facility for collection, delivery or to allow access to the Authority’s vehicles 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Framework Agreement and any resultant Contract will include the supply of all materials, goods and labour required for the carrying out of services required under this Framework Agreement and any resultant Contract when instructed by the Authority.
A meeting for potential tenderers will be facilitated at 11.00am, Thursday 5th December 2013 at Procurement and Logisitics Service, Bretten Hall, Antrim.
This is the only meeting that will be facilitated, any tenderer who is unable to attend will be able to view the slides and notes relating via eSourcing NI.
