In the context of the solutions required, ICT infrastructure can include but not be limited to hardware, software, network, peripheral equipment, audio-visual equipment, user devices and mobile connectivity (as an integrated package within user devices).
Member Authorities that will be using the Agreement from the outset are: Bedford Borough Council, Hampshire County Council, Hertfordshire County Council, Kent County Council (via KCS Professional Services), Oxfordshire County Council, Suffolk County Council.
