The provision of ICT Managed Services is to provide the schools with a comprehensive single point of management for all ICT related matters. The scope of this contract is to provide the school with:
— A single point of access to efficient, effective and timely services in accordance with the standards for service performance and improvements as set out in the specification,
— Anywhere, anytime access for children, young people, teachers and support staff to systems that support learning, information management and communications.
