LLWR has a requirement for a managed service proposition to deliver the hosting, network and service desk solutions for the ICT services within the business. The business currently operates a Microsoft platform covering servers and desktops based across a (currently shared) centrally hosted platform handing both back-office and telephony solutions. This is delivered via an MPLS WAN carrying both IP and telephony service. LLWR has identified that the optimum route to achieving an appropriate contract for the managed service provision is to offer a single Statement of Requirements, with 1 contract to deliver the services required. In order to support the SME supply market, LLWR is open to collaborative Tenders from multiple organisations. However, LLWR wishes to enter into a contract with a single economic entity, so collaborative Tenderers are encouraged to be mindful of this when structuring their collaboration/Tender.
