The North Shore Innovation Centre is a building aimed in particular at prospective tenants in the digital and creative industries, therefore the solution proposed must be sufficiently robust to deliver high speed broad band to provide the high quality service that modern innovative businesses demand. This is for a new development site and the provisional postcode is TS18 2NB.

The requirement is to provide both wired and wireless network connectivity throughout the building. There is a potential for 59 business units to occupy the building with room occupancy ranging between 4 and 24 depending on the office space. In addition to office space there are 4 meeting rooms, a training room and a seminar room all of which will require network connectivity as per the ITT documents. Each business unit will need to be securely segregated from each other. Each business will require at least one public IP address, with the ability to request more if they require additional addresses for servers, please provide details of the processes for requesting additional addressing.
The businesses may wish to install their own network equipment and servers within their business unit offices, the supplier must confirm if this is possible within their proposed solution.
