Description
Daventry District Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced providers of Local Government Payroll services who wish to be considered for the Tender.

Full details of the Council’s Specification of Requirement will be provided to those organisations Invited To Tender in the tender pack to be issued in January 2012 but the requirement is for a single monthly payroll service for approximately 250 employees and district councillors, initially for 3 years.

To be successful, the Expressions of Interest to be included in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will need to provide evidence including, but not limited to, the following capability
1. Demonstrable experience of providing a fully managed & hosted service
2. A quality and value-for money-payroll (only) service
3. Meeting the specific requirements for Local Government
4. A sound financial position
5. Demonstrable Business Continuity planning
