Coventry University require a managed print services partner to help transform and manage how print services are supported and delivered across the University Group. This project looks to embed principles of cost efficiency, quality of systems, organisational design, process effectiveness and develop the key capabilities required of staff. The main objectives of this undertaking are; successful delivery of technical and functional requirements, maintained or improved (reduced) total cost of ownership and demonstrable value for money across the contract life, enhanced service delivery where appropriate, adoption of innovative approaches to enhance the customer experience and service efficiency, improved environmental sustainability, to drive and maintain behavioural and cultural change and attitudes towards print, enable and support learning and student satisfaction.
