Belfast Harbour Commissioners (BHC) are seeking expressions of interest for the management or lease of a 150 to 200 bedroom upscale hotel in the ‘City Quays’ development in Belfast. The hotel will be owned and developed by BHC and is anticipated to open in 2017.
City Quays is a GBP 250 million development in the heart of Belfast’s historical maritime district. Representing the latest stage in the ongoing transformation of Belfast’s waterfront, City Quays is designed to link the 185 acre Titanic Quarter Development to the City Centre. The hotel will form part of the scheme, which will consist of 20 acres centred round Clarendon Dock, providing a mix of commercial offices, shops, cafes, restaurants, hotel space and residential accommodation. There will also be educational, arts and cultural space for both residents and visitors.
For additional information, please request an Information Memorandum, which incorporates a Registration Form. Applicants must submit the Registration Form and required accompanying information by noon on Friday 3.10.2014.
