ix. Lightening protection systems.
It is the intention of MAG to award a contract(s) for a period of 8 years (5 years + 3 years) for Soft and/or Hard Facilities Management Services at the following Airports within the Group: Manchester Airport; Stansted Airport and East Midlands Airport.
A Lot Matrix has been established as set out in the PQQ.
Applicants are asked to determine whether they wish to submit PQQ responses on the basis of providing the following services:
(a) On individual lot(s);
(b) On single service delivery across all geographies (i. e. all the hard FM services or all soft FM services);
(c) On combined services at specific geographies (East Midlands, Manchester, and/or Stansted per airport, or more than 1 airport);
(d) On grouped services (i. e. all lots).
The aim of this pre-qualification process is to create a Tender list of a minimum of 3 (three) Suppliers per lot who have suitable experience and capability to deliver the requirements of each lot.
The Applicants short-listed from the pre-qualification process will be invited to participate in a tender process, via the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), that will identify a Bidder and/or Bidders who has/have submitted the most economically advantageous tender/s (MEAT).
