1. 3 years worth of accounts and demonstrate a turnover in each of the last 3 financial years in excess of 1 000 000 EUR.

4. A copy of the company’s certificate of incorporation (or equivalent) showing the company has been established for at least 3 years.
5. A document demonstrating identity and address and representative office in the UK (if applicable).

7. An organogram and the number of people employed.
8. If the company is a subsidiary company or a member of a group, all the details on the structure of the group must be provided.
9. Its VAT number if VAT registered in the UK.

III.2.3)Technical capacity
Preference will be given to companies who:
a) Propose to engage in and manage multiple work packages.
b) Show an ability to define options for the optimum working solutions for any works proposed.
c) Can offer viable solutions to line keeping issues when working in areas of high currents and significant tidal variation.
d) Have a proven and successful track record in performing works similar to those required in each tendered work package.
e) Can produce specific and targeted responses to the requirements as defined in the ITT.
f) Can clearly define the limits of variations to lump sum and unit rate prices in the face of variations in quantities in the scopes of work as issued with the ITT.
2) Specific information concerning offshore and nearshore surveys:
a) Vessels available and considered appropriate for offshore geotechnical, geophysical and UXO survey.
b) Vessels available and considered appropriate for nearshore geotechnical, geophysical and UXO survey.
c) Information on major subcontractors and equipment.
d) Details of track record in the last 5 years of managing multiple work packages with or without sub-contractors.

a) Major subcontractors and equipment.
b) Experience (in topographic, geophysical, geotechnical, UXO and Underground Cable Detection system surveys).
