— Marlowe Market in the main town centre,
— The Old Town Market based in the old town high street, and
— Speciality Markets.
The market operator will be:
— responsible for appointing, organising and managing the Traders at the Market,
— responsible for the Collection of Rents,
— working with the Hemel Hempstead Business Improvement District (BID),
— expected to undertake local marketing and advertising initiatives The full specification is included in the Part B document.
