Description of the contract

Public Data Group are planning to launch a counter fraud initiative, for which Ordnance Survey, Companies House, Land Registry are developing a website, targeted at Property Owners and Company Directors to help them understand and assess their exposure to risk and direct them to services that can help them mitigate that risk. In order to ensure that the website meets the user’s needs, the group would like to undertake some qualitative research with consumers and small businesses to establish what value the site would bring and how it will work This is likely to take the form of focus group which will provide feedback on proposed website design and content. A market research agency will be engaged to recruit relevant respondents, run the groups, analyse and report the results and provide objective feedback. Participants are invited to submit a brief proposal, which should be no more than one side of A4, summarising how this would be conducted, together with the associated price(s). Please note that there is no registration of interest required; email proposals to peter.brothers@ordnancesurvey.co.uk by no later than 14:00 hrs on Monday, 22nd October 2012.
