It is intended that there will be 4 Lots under the Framework Agreement. It is estimated that the total annual value of the services across all 4 Lots will be circa £2,500,000. The estimated annual value per lot is as follows:
— Lot 1: 800 000 GBP;
— Lot 2: 600 000 GBP;
— Lot 3: 300 000 GBP; and
— Lot 4: 400 000 GBP
Post Office Limited cannot guarantee any level of work or spend throughout the life of this Framework Agreement. E-auctions may be used as part of any mini-competition process when awarding contracts under the Framework Agreement.
It is envisaged that the final Framework will consist of 10-12 suppliers across the entire agreement.

Suppliers should note that any Agreement entered into will be made in England according to English Law & will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Post Office Limited is not liable for any costs incurred by candidates or suppliers in expressing an interest or in tendering for this opportunity. Post Office Limited reserves the right to terminate the procurement (or any part of it) at its own discretion.

In accordance with the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012, Post Office Limited must consider: (a) how what is proposed to be procured might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the area where it exercises its functions, and (b) how in conducting the process of procurement it might act with a view to securing that improvement. Accordingly, the subject matter of the contract has been scoped to take into account the priorities of Post Office Limited relating to economic, social and environmental well-being. These priorities will also be reflected in the award evaluation criteria for the award of the contract, to the extent that Post Office Limited considers it relevant and proportionate to the subject matter of the contract.
