Provision of Public Perception Tracker market research involves the monitoring of the railway industry and Network Rail’s reputation among the GB general public and some key segments including passengers, non-passengers, line-side neighbours and users of Network Rail Managed Stations. The service delivery will provide Network Rail with critical information and assist Network Rail’s progress towards its longer term objective to become a trusted leader in the rail industry.
Ad-hoc market research in relation to marketing and brand evaluation may also be required. This part of the service requirement will depend on future demand. Such service requirements are more focussed with detailed research to be undertaken from time to time on the reputation of Network Rail and / or the work of our marketing / enhancement project campaigns for example.

Expressions of interests must be received no later than 25.11.2013, 15:00 pm.
Any expression of interests received thereafter shall not be included in the tender process.
Once the expression of interest period has closed the Pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) documentation will be sent to the key contact person on 25.11.2013. You must ensure that when identifying the contact person that this person will have access to email to download the PQQ documentation.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Tenderers are advised in the first instance to contact the Nominated Contact if there are any queries regarding the tender process.
Written feedback will be provided to tenderers that are unsuccessful after each stage of the tender process. Tenderers are advised to raise any such queries when receiving such feedback immediately.
Network Rail will incorporate a 10 calendar day standstill period following announcement of contract award. This period will allow unsuccessful tenderers that have progressed to the final stages of the tender process to seek further information and where approprite debriefing from Network Rail.
