Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Virgin Rail Group Holdings Ltd (Virgin Trains) is looking for a competent Marketing Services Agency (or agencies) to deliver outstanding creative work that is insightfully led and which delivers strong measurable return for it”s West Coast Franchise. Applicants may apply to one or more of the lots specified in Annex B. Locality to the marketing department will be taken into consideration. Please note that this notice is a Call For Competition and therefore in order to pre qualify for receipt of an Invitation To Tender applicants are required to provide information to demonstrate compliance with the minimum qualification criteria as set out in this notice. All expressions of interest should be made via the Virgin Trains Procurement web portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/virgintrains. A Pre Qualification Questionnaire will be made available upon acceptance of registration.

III.2.2)Economic and financial ability

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Applicants will need to meet the following Economic and Financial Criteria: Demonstrate good and appropriate financial standing and ongoing financial stability. Provide last 3 years turnover (from audited accounts). Accept Virgin Trains standard payment terms.Operate and demonstrate experience of a transparent and cost effective fee structure. Have in place account management staffing levels to effectively manage a large corporate client. Virgin Trains reserves the absolute right to exclude any entity not meeting this criteria. In addition, Virgin trains may exclude applicants where a conflict of interest with close competitors exists.

Applicants must demonstrate they are capable of providing and have a proven track record of providing the services for the specific lot (as defined in Annex B) to which they are applying. This should include evidence of; An ability to work in a business partnership and coordinate with 3rd party service suppliers. Case studies of providing channel neutral communication solutions across ?above the Line? digital/ Online and CRM activities to large corporate clients.Demonstrate outstanding experience of executing insightful campaigns utilising data, planning, strategy and creative services.Delivering campaigns to specific Key Performance Indicators. Detailed understanding of Return on Investment measurment and evidence of campaigns delievered with a high return of investment.
