Oban Airport – Marketing, Strategy & Implementation:

– The tenderer will be responsible for preparing an advertising strategy which will raise the profile of Oban airport.

– Define a clear Action Plan within the Marketing Strategy including identification of costs associated with all action points.

– Project manage the delivery of the Action Plan evaluating and presenting results.
