It is the intention of UWE that a contract will be in place for the hire of marquees and associated services ready for the July 2013 graduation ceremonies. This contract will initially be for a period of 3 years but may be extended up to a maximum of 5 years, subject to satisfactory performance of the supplier and the business needs of the University.

Range: between 270 000 and 450 000 GBP

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: This authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have two working days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before expiry of the standstill period.
