Description of the contract

The works involve the Reconsolidation of Medieval Masonry, including core work, removal of vegetation and assisting with an Archaeological excavation.

It is essential that applicants have experience in carrying out reconsolidation works to historic masonry and ruins, particularly core work and extensive use of lime mortars.

We would like applications from experienced companies only who will have the ability to reference completed projects of a similar nature.

The works are in two phases over two summer periods commencing this June 2012.
