Reconsolidation of Medieval Masonry and Core Work to Castle Walls at Holt Castle. Procurer reference: PS 829
The works involve the Reconsolidation of Medieval Masonry, including core work, removal of vegetation and assisting with an Archaeological excavation.
It is essential that applicants have experience in carrying out reconsolidation works to historic masonry and ruins, particularly core work and extensive use of lime mortars.
We would like applications from experienced companies only who will have the ability to reference completed projects of a similar nature.
The works are in two phases over two summer periods commencing this June 2012.

In the first instance should you be interested in this contract opportunity you should fully complete the Pre Qualification Questionnire (PQQ) attached to this notice.
PQQ’s must reach the Authority by 24th April 2012 in a plain sealed package and must be clearly marked “Pre Qualification Questionnaire for Reconsolidation of Medieval Masonry and Core Work to Castle Walls at Holt Castle”. The PQQ must be returned to:-

Any PQQ received after this date and time will not be considered unless there is evidence that it was posted or dispatched early enough to be received in due time by the normal course of post or dispatch AND it is received before the other Pre Qualification Questionnaires have been opened.
