The University is seeking to appoint a firm of consultants, or a consortium, to provide master-planning, architecture, open space/landscaping and services infrastructure design and initial structural advice to support and inform the preparation of a masterplan for the site and the submission of an outline planning application.
This procurement exercise will also include the option to extend the scope of services and appoint the successful bidder as Architect (Lead Designer) for this project. The University reserves the right to increase the scope of services in accordance with this option to extend.
