II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

693 Waste Water Sites are currently within the MCERTS Scheme.
An additional 29 potable water sites will come within the MCERTS Scheme during AMP6.
306 Sites will need to be inspected during the remainder of AMP5 (ends 31 March 2015).
722 Sites will need to be inspected during AMP6, (this Framework covers 4 of the 5 years of the AMP6 period.)
The basic scope of this need is to provide MCERTS Inspection services to Anglian Water this includes:
– A site inspection by a certified MCERTS Inspector.
– The production of a MCERTS site inspectors report whether this be a pass or a non-conformance report.
– The management of the certification paperwork.
– The provision of the MCERTS site inspection report and MCERTS certificate to Anglian Water.
– The provision of advice should a site fail to meet MCERTS standards.
Additional Scope (being explored as part of this tender)
– The provision & fitting of sunshades to ultrasonic flow meters
– The provision & fitting of regulated flow meter labelling plates
– Technical advice on new flow meters & technologies within flow monitoring
– Technical training on flow meters & MCERTS
