NAC is seeking to appoint up to three suitably qualified contractors to undertake a fixed electrical installation inspection and testing service. All services to be undertaken will be in Non-Housing properties throughout North Ayrshire.
Services required under this Measured Term Contract are as follows:
Periodic Inspection and Testing of Fixed Electrical Installations:
— Preparation of LV Schematics and As-Installed Drawings;
— Preparation of Circuit Charts;
— Lighting Protection Inspection and Test;
— Minor Fault Rectification (e.g. replace fuse, replace broken plate);
— Major Fault Rectification (e.g. strip out and replace circuit wiring, replace circuit board).
Please note this list is not exhaustive.
The Contract term is 24 months initially with the facility to extend annually for up to 2 years subject to Contractors performance and at the discretion of the council.
