The contract will include the maintenance of Buildings Services for the UoP diverse estate of 95 buildings. In addition to this routine work there will be reactive repairs and minor works.
There will also be a requirement to meet specified response times due to emergency repairs.
The contract is expected to be in the region of 1 400 000 GBP per annum based on the average expenditure over the last three years of which 450 000 GBP is estimated to be routine maintenance.
Please note, all that is currently required is the completion of the PQQ document. If you are successful in your PQQ response, you will be sent the ITT stage. The ITT documents are attached for Information purposes only.
