The frameworks awarded will be to provide industrial mechanical and electrical repairs and installation services. A key requirement of this framework is the ability to respond to emergency calls on a 24/7/365 basis within 4 hours on site to at least part of the Anglian Water region.

1. Generic mechanical and electrical activities as listed in Annex B 1.
2. Electrical inverter installations and repairs.
There is no guarantee of work under this framework.
Work will be subject to quotations based on agreed rates. Some jobs will be competitively quoted.
Performance will be monitored.
No contribution to mobilisation costs will be made.

Description of these options: Frameworks will initially be let for 2 years. Anglian Water will then reserve the option to extend for up to a further 5 years based on performance and competitiveness.

Bidders will not need to have the capability to carry out all of the above activities across the whole of the Anglian Water region but Anglian Water will favour bidders who can offer scale in terms of scope and geographical coverage.
