This will be assessed in the pre-qualificaiton questionnaire, but will include an evaluation of statement of the Company’s overall turnover and the turnover related to similar activities to be covered by this agreement for the previous financial years. Credit checks will be undertaken, using credit safe.

No specific legal form is required but where there is more than one provider, joint and several liability will be required.

Description of particular conditions: Please note that all applicants must hold a valid SSIP certificate from any of the scheme members.

III.2.1)Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Aston University has adopted Constructionline methodology for demonstrating financial risk and technical capability and Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) as its vehicle for health and safety assessment. Constructionline is the UK government owned certification service for construction-related contractors, consultants and material suppliers, and has been developed to save the industry millions of pounds by reducing duplication in the pre-qualification process.
Constructionline registered suppliers need only to provide their Constructionline registration number, question number 2 of the pre-qualification questionnaire and complete the short supplementary technical questionnaire.
