Places for People are seeking to appoint a sole supplier of media services and as such, wish to form a framework which will be utilised and owned by Places for People. The initial term of the contract will be 12 months, with two (2) possible optional 12 month extensions, making a potential maximum contract term of three (3) years.
Places for People are working towards an ambitious growth strategy within the property sales market. We operate our property sales part of the business across 2 developer identities — Places for People Developments and Zero C, and alongside Brio Retirement Living are looking to collaborate with a forward-thinking marketing agency to drive awareness, leads and property sales across the UK. Working with an internal Marketing and Communications team, you will be tasked with creating a series of carefully-crafted annual paid media plans across approximately 15 priority property developments, ranging from as far north as Inverness to as southerly as Portland.
The successful supplier will be a creative agency who will endeavour to truly understand both the local and national opportunities and challenges faced by our organisation in order to put forward an effective proposal to maximize the return on our investment. Our strategy needs to consider the full customer journey, paid media is a significant element but we also need you to work closely with our internal content marketing resources to ensure we effectively articulate our brand story, utilising suitable communications channels to present our messages and work towards a long term approach to connecting with our audience and building a relationship.
We expect our agency to provide a deep level of performance analysis and sensible recommendations to continuously refine our approach, you will collaborate with internal teams to access insight via Google Analytics, our CRM (Salesforce) and any other monitoring tools to put together an end-to-end evaluation of our activity.
We require extensive experience from our agency with regards to paid search, social media, display, programmatic, remarketing, landing page optimization and all other elements needed to construct a well-balanced online campaign. Although digital will form the core of our approach we also require our agency to have a widespread understanding of offline opportunities and will welcome suggestions to target/generate interest via traditional media channels. It is therefore important that the agency has a strong grasp on all of our localised markets and can incorporate local supply/demand into national-scale marketing channels.
An annual budget of between 500 000 GBP and 1 000 000 GBP will be provided to cover all media costs, tracking and agency fees. This budget range has been set at a broad level as we will need to collaborate with our agency to suggest an appropriate level of spend to meet the demand and achieve our sales targets. It is expected that on boarding of information and campaign set up will occur throughout August and that full management of this service will be in place, including initial campaigns live by the beginning of September 2019.
The key requirements are as follows:
— online and offline media buying — all purchasing through traditional media and digital channels for our priority development sites,
— researching appropriate sources of insight to dictate the targeting and advert placement strategy,
— set up and management of all paid campaigns via online and offline channels,
— collaboration with our channels team to set up tracking, tagging, reports, etc.,
— working with our content resources to ensure that all appropriate content opportunities are utilised within the campaigns,
— closely monitoring results and seeking continuous improvements to refine the campaigns,
— weekly reporting and update calls,
— monthly meetings to review performance and next steps.
