The contract is not divided into Lots for the following reason:-
The nature of the service provision requirements doesn’t lend itself to lot division.
It should be noted that 1 072 000 GBP represents the projected annual value of the contract. This may reduce significantly when a new service delivery model is complete. Moreover, the range of 5 350 000 GBP and 6 700 000 GBP represents a 5 year value to facilitate any additional costs in relation to new media channels engaged.
