Description of the contract

Arts Council England wish to procure a media monitoring system equipped to record our media coverage in real time on one accessible dashboard and provide an intelligent cuttings service to the wider organisation. The Arts Council requires a supplier to implement and provide on-going support for an integrated media monitoring solution across print, online, broadcast media and social media, including dedicated platforms (e.g. Facebook and Twitter) and more disparate blogs. The service must be available online, providing a portal that enables the communications team at the Arts Council to manage the monitoring solution, edit requirements and develop reports / analytics. All requirements of ACE for this contract as well as the evaluation criteria are detailed in the ITT. There is no expression of interest requirement. If interested to submit tender response please follow instructions set out in ITT and submit your tender response before the deadline specified – 26 November, 12.00 noon.
