Gloucestershire County Council are looking for an agency to purchase our advertising space in the national print media, airtime for broadcast media and outdoor advertising space such as billboards, adshels, bus advertising, cinema, advans and other ambient media such as at petrol, railway and bus stations.
As well as these established channels, we are also looking for expertise in purchasing digital (online) advertising channels.
We are also looking for an agency that will arrange the production of supporting marketing material where appropriate e.g. advan and bus posters, posters for large billboards and radio advert production.
It is a vital element of the service we are looking for that the successful agency will provide advice and help us to plan our campaigns by suggesting appropriate media and researching the market on our behalf.
In addition we are looking for the agency to shop around and negotiate as far as possible to obtain the best deals for the council and where appropriate to use their buying power to our advantage.
