This is a competitive procurement for the award of a single supplier framework for TfL 930910 medical assessment services and is to be conducted under the light-touch regime of Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015, under Directive 2014/EU in line with the principles of equality, fairness and transparency. This framework agreement will be open for use for the Greater London Authority and its functional bodies, including Transport for London.
