Enfield Council is seeking to procure measured term contracts for maintenance and minor works (non-housing) in two separate lots for a sole supplier for Building – Responsive Maintenance/Minor works and a sole supplier for Mechanical & Electrical Services – Measured Responsive maintenance / planned preventative maintenance and minor works

Key dates:

• Closing date for the submission of PQQ – 19 December 2011 (17:00HRS)
• Evaluation – week commencing – 20 December 2011
• Contract Start Date – 1 November 2012

Lot 1 – A sole Provider is required to deliver all of the following services:

Building – Measured Term Contract for Responsive Maintenance/Minor works (Non Housing) orders for up to 5 years (2+1+1+1)

Estimated Value excluding VAT: 1,350,000.00 GBP per annum.

Lot 2 – A sole Provider is required to deliver all of the following services:

Mechanical & Electrical Services – Measured Term Contract for Responsive maintenance / planned preventative maintenance and minor works (Non Housing) orders for up to 5 years (2+1+1+1)

Estimated value excluding VAT: 1,500,000.00 GBP per annum.
