Lot 2: Council Tenants and Leaseholders.

This contract is for the provision of a specialist debt and money advice service. The service will be provided to any of the Council’s tenants or leaseholders who need support to resolve personal debt problems and/or benefit issues in order to maximise household income and enable tenants and leaseholders to pay their council rent or mortgage and council tax.
